Again i came to Merle Hay boost store cause it said open on app. Yesterday they said it was due to wind. Today i returned and its 520pm and store is closed. I also sat outside store and called but no answer. Ill wait for the response on this time. No sign stating gone or will return. What a joke. Ill be leaving boost for service sucks lately.

I went at 2pm on a Tuesday, the sign said "Open", the lights were on, the store hours posted said they should be open. The door was locked. I watched 2 other people also try to get in.

Stopped here at 3:30 since I'm having some problems with my phone and there was a sign on the door they would be back at 4. Ran a couple errands and came back at 4. Sat here for 20 minutes past 4 and still no one has showed up. Just ridiculous.

This store is never open and when they are open they either doing inventory or the system is down. The lady that works at this location is very rude. She sees the customers knocking on the door and she acts like she’s blind/deaf.
