We had a great experience in Downtown Iowa, with picking up and returning our vehicle. The staff was polite and professional. I did not have to sit for a long period of time. The staff even helped us put our luggage in the vehicle. They were a top class.

My experience renting was very good. However, I had to call in prior to my picking up the car n getting the right number was very difficult. Also, it would be handy if they would give me a paper showing my rental agreement in case police had questions during my trip.
