“Really had trouble finding Rental Car Center for return due to construction and signage not available from both directions. Unfortunately giving me a map when I cannot put that info in GPS & don't know roads is only marginally helpful.
RJ was the only one doing checkin on Saturday but he was VERY PLEASANT AND EFFICIENT. I appreciate his attention to detail and willingness to work with me on refueling issue.

“I feel like I should do a review since there are so many bad reviews on this place. We rented two vehicles and didn't have any major issues. We had reserved 2 mini vans and when we came to the counter we were told that they don't have any minivans but that they would give us 7 passenger SUVs for the same price. Other than the fact that the AC didn't work in the one SUV, everything worked out good. The one vehicle was a little dirty but nothing terrible.”
“Staff was very friendly and accommodating after my flight was delayed and I had to come pick up the following morning. There were bumps and hiccups but they were diligent throughout the process and able to get me out the door pretty quickly all things considered. They friendly and good natured attitudes make me more likely to rent from this location again in the future.”
