“Due to a no-fault accident, we were in need of a rental car while my Explorer was being worked on. Being around Christmas time, we had quite the ordeal finding an SUV to fit the family. After visiting a 3rd Enterprise location and them not having a vehicle to fit us, we were referred to the Euclid location for hopefully a crew cab truck.
They were very sympathetic to our dilemma and fortunately had plenty of trucks available. Nathan helped me throughout the process and was so friendly and helpful! We quickly realized that not every truck had middle seat hooks for a car seat (we had 3 full size car seats needing to fit). It was a cold day and he had me wait inside while he went through each truck to find which ones had the middle seat hooks. From those, he gave me whichever choice in truck I felt most comfortable with. I had the truck for about six weeks while my car was being worked on and the location periodically checked in to make sure the truck was working fine for us.
For the nightmare situation I was in due to the accident, dealing with insurance, and having to run around to find a vehicle, Nathan and the guys at the Euclid Enterprise location made the truck rental the easiest part of it all! I'm thankful for their thoughtfulness and professionalism!”

“Got into DSM and unfortunately there was a long wait (2 hours or so) to get my vehicle. Vanessa and her coworker were very apologetic, kind, and explained the situation of the wait. They offered to cancel it for free with no attitude or frustration, they were both very professional and polite. I was in no rush so I waited. They upgraded me to an SUV for the inconvenience and were working hard to get through the list of people. The manager and other staff members were coming in and out of the parking lot doing their best to speed up the process. During one moment, a man raised his voice and was very disrespectful to the ladies. They were not rude or disrespectful and told him that he could get his vehicle somewhere else if he was going to be rude. I know tensions can get high but the ladies were incredibly professional even when getting yelled at by this disrespectful man. They did the best they could, it's not like they had a magic wand! Even if folks were coming up multiple times to see where their name was on the list, the ladies were still very professional. It's unfortunate when there is a long wait and no cars when you need them but the customer service was excellent. I will be using them again in my annual visit to Iowa. Thanks again ladies, you rock!”

“This place is incredible.
Enterprise left us stranded I walked into this place. They had me in a rental in under 30 minutes and I didn’t even call ahead of time cause I was stranded.
Me and my aunt were on our way to Washington state from Ohio when a deer ran into us crossing the expressway we were going the speed limit which was 75 the car could no longer steer The tow truck guys went out of their way to make sure we arrived safe after we had three different enterprise lead us on I walked in and I told him I know I don’t have an appointment. It has been a crazy morning. We are trying to get to Washington and back home which was a 70 Hour Dr. in total and he had me in a rental in under 30 minutes, which was absolutely incredible… I don’t know this man’s name, but he was a tall, black gentleman and I’ll never forget his kindness. I hope you see this. Thank you so much again. Corina”

“When we got to the Des Moines airport the line of 12 people in front of the wife to get a car. Line moved fast enough. Got a red Mitsubishi Outlander. Wife hated the shift lever. Otherwise, didn’t have any issues with the car. Loved having the back up camera and the SiriusXM radio. No morning talk shows, no commercials. Easy enough returning the car also. No extra charges so far. Rented the car June 20 to 25.”
