The employee at the counter was extremely helpful and interactive and the one to whom I returned the car was super fast, efficient and interested in how the rental went. There was a small issue with the car that he noted for the maintenance staff.”

The two individuals behind the counter stayed very calm and got us all through and out to our cars as quickly as they could. “Our car was stolen on Christmas and our insurance hooked us up with enterprise for a rental. Trey helped me both times I went in. We had a really nice Camry for about a month and today I needed to extend that rental and had a toddler who wasn't cooperating. Trey did the entire transaction in the parking lot and even made the process of switching cars because the Camry needed an oil change super easy. I really really appreciate it!”

“Vacation was great until I lost the keys to the rental car.Called Alamo and they had the car towed. The next day I called the Alamo at Des Moines airport, where I rented the vehicle, and talked to Enid.She was able to get us another car, Enterprise picked us up at our hotel and took us to their office for a replacement vehicle. The people at Enterprise were waiting for us and had the car ready. We were able to get home on time and no fuss. Adrian and Kyle were super helpful when I dropped the car off. “I don't know what all the negative reviews are about. I had an excellent experience with Dollar Rentals. I was in one hell of a predicament with being out of town and my car went out on me. Due to my circumstances not one of the rental places at Des Moines airport would rent to me but Dollar did. I was almost in tears and they came thru and worked with me so I could get back home. I will never use another rental place.”
