Estes lost our pallet but I do have to give Brandi at the Des Moines location 5 stars as she went above and beyond to locate our shipment that ended up 2 hours north of us. Our local depot would not look into it or answer my calls after the 1st day.

The people at the Estes Express Des Moines location were wonderful! Super helpful and patient while I tried to sort out my shipment with the sender. Will definitely use this service again if needed and will recommend to others.

Store was pretty inexpensive the onlh problem that i could see was fruit flies and you have to check the produce otherwise great staff not a huge selection as its not a huge box store like walmart but very decent.
