“I needed to ship two big, fragile items so looked around at DSM packaging companies. I'm not confident of the packing ability at the normal shippers and Jeff received good reviews. I took in a 40" copper flower man, complete with glass balloons, and a 56" mid-century modern slat bench my dad made. Both arrived without issue at my home in Maryland. Excellent job from Jeff.”

“It's conveniently located near my residence. It's also about expectations, everyone is under staffed, so I always appreciate the service staff who are working. I've been receiving my mail and packages at this store for close to 20 years. Rick on the staff there has always looked after my needs and tried to help me with any Issues I might have. He would be might go to person if I had an issue, It's a small business and the owners are primarily at their Ankeny store, so they are not usually available. Like most service oriented businesses they've gone through lots of staff, Rick has remained a constant. Having said that all the staff I have dealt with have by-and-large have done there best to try and help me in any way that they can. They offer me what I need a place to receive and send packages from and hold my mail.”
“Estes.... Well I'll start this off saying most people at this Estes location are great!!! I think this issue only applies to one person there. We were scheduled for a delivery and never got a call from the drive to tell us when he was 30 ins out. We ended up call a total of 3 times. The first 2 was at the end of our delivery time window and was told things are running late should be 30-40mins. Ok no big deal still should get the delivery today, I can understand things happen. 2-3 hours after delivery time window.... Nothing no call no delivery. Called a third time and was told the delivery driver went home.... What?!?! All of this and no call to inform us the delivery wasn't going to. E made that day. Why? Even if the delivery driver just called and said hey not going to deliver today and hung up I would be way less frustrated. What gets me the most is that there was zero communication from the driver that issues happened and things aren't going to schedule.
Again everyone else I interacted with was great after they understood the situation. I think it's just one person that won't inform the customer about problems that arise in the situations. Everyone else is great to deal with after understanding the situation that you weren't informed of changes. Useck you know who you are, just call and say not delivering today and hang up at the earliest you know that it's not going to happen that day. Yeah people will be upset but at least they know.”
“Tabitha is perhaps the kindest postal employee we’ve ever encountered. There was an issue with our mailbox key and packages were getting lost. She went out of her way to track down all of our stuff and sorted our issues with a smile. Thank you Tabitha!!”

“Every time I have visited this USPS location, I have only been treated with respect. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The letters and packages I’ve mailed from this location have always reached the destination by the time given on the receipt. I haven't run into many long lines either. I’m usually in and out in less than 10-15 minutes except, of course the holidays. I appreciate the thankless jobs the postal workers do especially with the cuts and longer hours. The USPS company may not be around much longer with all the technology but I hope it doesn't happen. There's nothing better than receiving a card or package from someone you care about.”
