“They have the best employees at this location.I usually print out my labels at home and drop my packages off at this location. One time I had an international package and was going to pay/fill out the customs form in the office. I forgot my wallet, offered to just come back the next day. The sweet lady working told me she would pay with her own money for it to get shipped out and I could pay her back the next time I'm there. I came back the next day of course to pay her back, that was very sweet and generous on her part.”

“The gentleman who helped me was such a pleasure to work with. The first time I showed up, I accidentally walked into an "employee only" zone. Then I realized that I made a careless mistake in my print measurements. Despite this, he was so chill about everything. I was fully ready to pay the quoted $30 for my mistaken measurements, but he waived it no problem. I came back later that day to get the correctly sized item, and he greets me again, friendly as ever and big old smile on his face. The gentleman ringing me up (Brett I think, as per my receipt) was super friendly too, making small talk about my longboard ride. Just super impressed with my experience from end to end. I got what i was looking for in terms of service, and the staff's personable demeanor brightened my day.”

“Had my beach bodi bike delivered today and the 2 gentleman who delivered we're great. They called me half hour before delivery and were so careful when backing in to not hurt any landscaping. They brought my stuff in quickly but safely and made sure I was happy before they left. Would deff give them 5 stars.”

“It's conveniently located near my residence. It's also about expectations, everyone is under staffed, so I always appreciate the service staff who are working. I've been receiving my mail and packages at this store for close to 20 years. Rick on the staff there has always looked after my needs and tried to help me with any Issues I might have. He would be might go to person if I had an issue, It's a small business and the owners are primarily at their Ankeny store, so they are not usually available. Like most service oriented businesses they've gone through lots of staff, Rick has remained a constant. Having said that all the staff I have dealt with have by-and-large have done there best to try and help me in any way that they can. They offer me what I need a place to receive and send packages from and hold my mail.”

“I needed to ship two boxes full of fragile, porcelain, collector Christmas decorations gifted to me by parents and worth about $1000, and was terrified that they'd never arrive in once piece. I left the packing to the Beaverdale UPS store, and the staff packed them with tremendous care and professionalism. They arrived across the country in perfect condition, so I called them to thank them! So grateful for the expert way they treated these priceless family heirlooms so they can be enjoyed by another generation! Thanks, UPS Store! You went above and beyond for us and we really appreciate it!”

“Staff are really nice. Never an issue. I wish the hours were extended though just a bit. I work the standard 9-5 kind of job and thats the po box hours... Makes it really hard for me to try to get here to get to my mail. PO box access is available limited on saturday but most of the time they hold the item instead of putting it in a box so I have to speak to someone to get it.... Which means I can't get it on saturday. The hours are my only issue here. Location and staff are great.”

“I receive my mail out of this post office facility. My mail delivery people are nice, efficient and they have 99% accuracy in delivery of correct items. I seldom go to the actual location but when I have the staff have been very nice and eager the assist me.”

Don’t pay for that location as an Access Point cuz the owner will just send it back to UPS customer center. Anyways the two ladies that helped me tonight were wonderful and made a potentially really bad situation turn for the better!”
