They are always available, gentle, respectful, and knowledgeable. Staff ensure patients are cared for while also checking on family caregivers. They provide dignified end-of-life support, answering all questions and being present during final moments. The ongoing training is exceptional, and the genuinely caring people advocate for their patients and families. They offer vital assistance and support to caregivers and their loved ones with great dignity and compassion.
