Never had problems with Great Western after they went to first interstate nothing but problems. Dont bank here. Theyre awful awful bank. Constantly screwing up. Im shutting my accounts down after 15 plus years

Had to open an account just to get some smaller bills. Lobby was also a dump.

I loved my bank when it was great western...now these hours are extremely difficult to work with especially with them not being open at all on Saturdays. I work a full 830am-530pm job mon-fri....I literally have to request time off work just to go to my bank...complete inconvenience.
