Had to come here because I was doordashin' someone crickets. The staff member counted out literally 100 of them and bagged them for me, and the front cashier was extremely tolerant of my jokes about eating them if they spill in the car. Would recommend. Clean place and kind people.

This location is honestly the best PetSmart I've EVER stepped into! It's very spacious and SO CLEAN. The employee are very kind as well. The tanks look clean and the fish taken care of Allison was an amazing employee just by checking in and chatting with me about the fish!

Took my terrified, breeder-release mini poodle to SE 14th PetSmart today to be groomed. I really wasn’t sure how it would go, given her anxiety, but Brittnee was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly patient with how timid she is, and I was so tickled when I saw her final poodle cut and bows! Thank you!
