There aren't enough employees. Their inventory is large and I imagine the employees are kept busy restocking shelves and are unable to provide the customer service that they'd like to.

Location leaves a lot to be desired. Definitely would not shop after dark as most other stores are empty. Beggers on the corners, store should probably relocate.

Has everyyhing u need for your pets and is a clean store but they lack customer service skills and dont assist always when needed even when they are not busy.

Had what I wanted available, but there was a long line to check out due to a pile of freight that still needed to be put away. The manager was unhappy about that and managed to get it cleared up so we could check out.

I will ALWAYS use this location! This store is by far cleaner and potential pets look so much healthier and happier. We have now had fish and hamsters from clive location and none of which made it long!! Yesterday we went to the clive location and got my sons delayed Christmas gift, a tank and fish. We were advised that it was safe to put 2 mollies and 2 tetras in a 5 gallon tank and did all step by step instructions and had the water tested even though we bought the pre jugged fish water! This morning we hot up to both tetras and 1 Molly had dies! After going to the SE 14th location and some education we had not been give we left with a betta and proper tank equipment for him. They were great and refunded the money for the d we ad fish and tested a sample of the water I took them just to make sure we hadn't misunderstood or did something wrong. Providing our last Molly is still alive in a few days I'll ho back to the SE 14th location to get it a tank mate.

Order was ready to pick up in a timely manner. This store seems to always have things in stock the other ones don't. Employees always friendly and courteous.
