I don’t know if I just had high hopes, but our room stunk, and the biggest part of the pool was closed down while we were here.

The hotel & the room was great!!! The restaurant, which we are told isn’t a part of the hotel and is seperate was absolutely awful!! Service, quality of food, none of that part was acceptable. But everything in the hotel, the staff, the lifeguards were all wonderful!

we lost power in one hotel and had to move real quick came over to Ramada and was treated at midnight with respect and a lot of help young lady at the front desk was awesome
