The location is great, ideal, and centrally located, close enough to walk to everything and near the bus station and grocery store, but without the noise of being directly on the main avenue. The units are spacious with a great layout and pretty views. The property is kept exceptionally clean, quiet, and well-maintained. Management and maintenance are extremely helpful, friendly, kind, prompt, and take care of things in a timely manner, with any concerns answered quickly. The community is dog-friendly and features fun building activities throughout the year, along with a really nice community room. While the nearby train can get quite loud, residents get used to it. Overall, it is a great place to live and is highly recommended.

lived here for 5.5 years and had a exceptional experience. Kate and Eric are kind and helpful, lofts are spacious, grounds are well kept, location is ideal, and it’s dog friendly. highly recommend!

Great place to live! The rent is good and the space is amazing. Love the concrete floors, makes it really easy to clean. Management and Maintenance are extremely helpful and super nice about everything. There are also a ton of fun building activities and contest throughout the year.

Can't say enough good about this place. From the loft it self to the staff and a great location. I actually feel like they care about me and want me to be happy here and aren't just looking to squeeze profit out of the place. Highly recommend this place.
