“I called in to take advantage of their winter deal. Unfortunately, my phone dropped the call but when I called back, the person who answered gave me an even better deal! Happy with how quick they were to deliver! The only reason I haven't ordered propane from them again is because their normal price can't beat other propane companies.”

“Though short staffed at times ALL the employees are super accommodating and helpful. I had trouble with getting into my storage unit and without asking a man walking by, a Uhaul staff member told me what to do with swiping the right side first then the left. They are so patient even when multitasking with numerous truck returns! I am sorry I forget her name but i went in on the 3rd of October to see if my payment date could be changed to that day every month as that is when I receive my SS check as a senior. It took a few phone calls for her to get the assistance she needed but solved my problem!! Very kind everytime I have had her at the front of the store!! You all should give lessons in customer service as it is hard to find these days! Too many complaining about being overworked and TIRED! Kudos to your management team as it reflects in your staff! 10 stars if I could rate that high!”

“I was in des Moines with my trailer loaded for Wisconsin. Boss called and need something in Nebraska. I called this location and they went out of there way to help me. Moved things so I could park my trailer at there location. I rented a utility Trailer from them rental was $34 so it's not like they made big money off of me but they treated me like I was royalty. Excellent people at this location!!!!”
