We moved across the country the first time and U Haul had scheduled our return of the car trailer attached to the truck to a location that was closed. The crew told us to bring the truck to our place and thry SO kindly continued to unload what they could while simultaneously detaching the car trailer for us. Highly recommend!”

“I needed to ship two big, fragile items so looked around at DSM packaging companies. I'm not confident of the packing ability at the normal shippers and Jeff received good reviews. I took in a 40" copper flower man, complete with glass balloons, and a 56" mid-century modern slat bench my dad made. Both arrived without issue at my home in Maryland. Excellent job from Jeff.”

“I work at a local gas station in CR IA.I went outside for a break as I was having a bad day! Seen the truck refilling our tanks! But heard what I needed to hear from a Bluetooth speaker! I walked over to the truck, thanked the man for playing the music! Should of thank him for the fuel as we always run out bc the company took the supply into their hands! Tim (the driver) turned around with a hat on that had Jesus on it! The music, the hat, the Tim, and his prayer that he prayed for me (on the spot), and the fuel! Meant everything to me, my faith, and quite frankly my mental health 🙏 ❤ I would say that Tim went above and beyond his call of duties, but Tim's really duties is spreading the Gospel and delivering fuel that we all need is his job! He did both today! 4/11/2026 Thank you Tim!”
