After booking, I had a short notice scheduling change and they were unable to meet my new needs. Which was completely understandable; but somehow Dori made magic happen to accommodate my change and I am so, so grateful! She provided the best customer service I’ve ever experienced, and she was truly a joy just to talk to! The movers Derek, Pat, and Bob showed up on moving day with a smile. I cannot say enough great things about those three. They were on time and efficient, and took so much care in protecting all of my belongings. They went above and beyond, far exceeding my expectations! They were also very personable and really fun to talk to and joke with. “Ernest and Jake did a really great job. I had alot of stuff to fit in my uhaul and they even left space for extra. They called an hour before the scheduled arrival, were on time and even finished about 10 minutes early. Highly recommend Good Moves moving as its likely some of the best money Ive spent in a long time!!!”
