Use at own risk. Just know if your spouse lands in n hospital 2 states away and you are down to one income and trying to make ends meet and see her in hospital they will harass you every day for 3 weeks, add 2 late charges then lien your belongings. All for $107. I wish life was as easy for all of us as it is for the UHaul managers

Understaffed and very slow. It takes at least 20 minutes per customer. I went to purchase a few boxes and it took 45 minutes. There were 2 people ahead of me.

We've never rented a storage unit before, but the manager, Gianni, was incredibly efficient and good at explaining the process. He was multitasking the whole time, and customers were coming in to turn in their trucks and thanking him for the smooth process. I just couldn't believe the cleanliness of the whole place and all the lighting. The restrooms have been sparkling clean every time I've been there to store more things or take things out for our new home. This is a well run operation with well trained personnel.

I reserved a 15’ truck for two days online. Picking up at 9 am on Saturday December 16th and returning 9am Monday December 18th. I selected to drop the truck off at a different location than where I picked it up due to the route of my move. The day before I picked it up, a U-Haul representative called me and tried to talk me into dropping it off at the same location where I picked it up. This would’ve added about 50 miles to my trip, making it completely inconvenient for me. I spent several minutes convincing that person I wanted to keep my reservation the way it was, as driving it to the first location was going to cost me more money.I picked up the truck on Saturday and loaded it the rest of the day. On Sunday morning I was driving to my new home in the truck when I got a call from someone at U-Haul wondering where the truck was at. I explained that I rented the truck for two days but she said it was only one day.First of all, I don’t know why someone would call me and try to change my reservation when they don’t know anything about what I’m moving or where I’m moving to or how far I have to go. Like I said earlier, I reserved that truck for two days. I’m thinking the person that called the day before altered my reservation and made it for one day. In fact , when I picked the truck up, the customer in front of me was complaining about the truck she rented being more expensive than she was told and she cancelled her reservation. I feel like U-Haul is quoting people one price and then pulling the old bait and switch to charge more money. U-Haul made an already stressful situation into a confusing cluster that I had to shell out more money for than I was quoted.
