Waited on hold for 1 hour and 24 minutes. Obviously I stepped away from the phone during that duration and when I was running back after they said hello once, they hung up. Ridiculous. Horrible customer service.

Splendid service, overall. I say this as someone who’s used this place many times over the past ten years— for everything from copying to mailing to packaging to faxing overseas. Never a problem. The UPS store is an invaluable local resource.

I went in for a return. As soon as the older gentleman saw my name he goes off on a rant about his granddaughter named Briana and how beautiful she is, but she’s still a little girl. The whole interaction was creepy and I pray to God the mom keeps him away from her. There was another gentleman in there at the time named Brian whom I called out to for assistance since the gentleman that I was currently with wouldn’t stop talking about his granddaughter. Brian ignored me and ultimately I left to go to the fluer drive location where they helped me in less than 10 minutes with no creep interaction.

Although I didn't answer at the time for my low rating, I have been back to this store at least a few times since that rating as their location is convenient. They were great before my bad experience, and so giving them my business after that experience with no other bad experiences I raised my rating since they have been helpful with all variety of returns or shippings I have had to make.

These people lied about charges, provided completely incorrect information, later the manager was insanely rude. There are several other UPS stores in town, use any of them.

Absolutely hate having items delivered by this company. Updated location etc would be nice tolet me know when and where my package is at so I can keep an eye out. Nothing is written on a paper when they are here. Has happened multiple times. Last time they damaged the box so much that my product was not usable, therefore that's why I had a 2nd item come for free since UPS don't take care of things! If you ordered something wouldn't you want ur package and at least not damaged??
