I visited this store to return two packages, the employee scanned both of my QR codes and gave me a receipt. I immediately received a refund email from Amazon for one package, but not the second. I assumed it was just some sort of delay, so I waited until the next day to see if my return had been processed. It had not. I returned to the store the next day with my receipt and a different employee basically told me, we only received one return and all of yesterday’s packages have been shipped and they couldn’t do anything about it. He suggested I contact Amazon. Really, that’s all you’ve got? No sorry for the inconvenience, we made a mistake, what can I do to help? Nothing! I will not be returning to the UPS Store at 4225 Fleur Drive.

I’m sorry for the delay. I had an awesome expert at this location. I had a bag of Amazon returns that looked like Santa Claus came. Lol! The two guys were great and so efficient!

Raj had excellent customer service and was assisting all customers equally. The store manager had excellent customer service and follow up as well.

Packages where re routed to this location without a pickup change, customer service was okay, employee seemed like he could care less and didn’t bring all my packages, said “thanks you can go” and when I asked if I had another package audibly sighed.

Randomly closes on a Friday at 4:30?? Very upset… had a package I needed to be delivered out today..left work early to get there.. the guys still there and won’t let anyone in. Probably should not advertise you’re open till 6pm. Do better.

I been to this location often staff is not the friendliness but it was ok service..but last week I was there and I was dreading being service by the Pregnant girl she did not want to be there at all. I don't blame her she's pregnant but that's not my problem nor should I he treated rudely just because she has to work. Please supervise your staff if they don't want to be there let them leave
