Delta with Trampel, what a unfriendly person. He was very rude, also no personality. I am surprised they let him meet customers. He messed with my phone and made it worse than it was. Then said I probably need a new one.

If you go to this store do not work with Trampel. You do not need to purchase accessories when you are upgrading your device! He tried getting one over on us for 275 bucks per line. I called 611 and got both lines upgraded for less than 140 bucks total! That saved us over 420 dollars on brand new iPhone 16 pros. Absolutely ridiculous service from him.

Been years since I've gotten a new phone. Walked into this place, was immediately greeted by James. I don't usually leave reviews but that dude was awesome to work with. Wasn't pushy did try to shove anything in my face, walked out extremely happy. Anywho, James was awesome to deal with.

Why do you mess with our service once a month? It is annoying, not that you care. Just because we don’t fall into your schemes doesn’t mean we don’t Deserve good service. Your free I phone 15 is a real joke. Talk about false advertising!!! I wish you would quit judging us because we can’t afford an upgrade in phones. We actually got confirmation that they are turning our phones off and on. That should b illegal!!! Why can’t we have the phone of OUR choice instead of YOUR choice??? Sucks
