Terrible . Have proof they took 566 from my bank and cut my phone off due to non payment . I then paid the payment again with all disconnect fees and nothing was made right !!!

Beware they won’t let you use the restroom. I understand for random people off the street not being allowed to use it but I was there upgrading my phone. It takes a while to do that and the phones are not cheap. Over $1,000 for a new phone and they wouldn’t let my potty training 2 year old use the restroom. They made us walk over to Wingstop and use their restroom. Then I was told it was required for me to choose accessories I repeatedly said I didn’t want. Went to sign the contract and noticed I was going to be charged $12 for a year for the “free” accessories. I made them take the accessories off. I was really frustrated after repeatedly telling them I didn’t want accessories only for them to literally make me pick some out then to find out I was being lied to and the accessories are not actually free! I’m glad I was reading the fine print or I would have been stuck financing over $100 worth of crap I didn’t want or need. Only giving two stars because my toddler was a little wild and they were patient about that but it’s still ridiculous they won’t let a paying customer use the bathroom, especially a two year old about to pee their pants.

Great experience at this US Cellular office. Celone is an expert at helping 'old' people update and pair their phones with a car. I appreciate how well he worked with us.

Went in for an early upgrade, Maria was fantastic in not only helping setting up, but making conversation and answering questions that were asked. i would recommend her for any questions regarding phone plans, specific devices you’re interested in and what would be best for yourself long term.

I was supposed to go in for an interview during the event held today. I was scheduled from 12-12:30. I showed up 15 minutes early per usual. I took a long lunch break from my current position specifically for this interview. I got checked in and sat down to wait. I waited until 1 watching several people get called back and had to leave since I was only on break. I didn't know if I would want to work there after seeing how terrible they are at scheduling.

What a treat. I was so unhappy with my prior internet service. I mentioned it casually to Reece Hinz and he got me interested in US Cellular service. I am thrilled with the change. He was not only right, but went out of his way to make everything easy. Couldn’t be happier with the service from Us cellular and Reece.

Whatever you do, DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. And do not trust anything they say. I went in to take advantage of a promo that they had called me about for a “free” iPhone for my daughter at Christmas time. We both had Samsung phones previously that were paid off. While we were getting her phone set up, the rep suggested I also get the new iPhone and they would both be free. My bill would increase for a month or two but would go back to what it was before because they were free phones. I agreed. Now we are in March (that was December) and my phone bill is over 100 dollars more. I called customer service and they said that no such promo was applied and they can’t tell me why we were told this. Now we are responsible for these new phones when I had a fully functioning paid off phone before. Do not use this store ever. They will say anything apparently to get you into a contract, including flat out lie.

Had a very positive experience at this store and found everyone to be very helpful in purchasing my new phone and starting on a new plan with them. Process was quick and easy with Cole who helped me! Thumbs up to this store ??
