Self kiosk doesn't work half of the time. Boxes are never stocked. People working are frequently (but not always) rude. And ya wonder why the conservatives wanna defund you. SMDH.

The amount of times packages gave been destroyed or held up here, left me with losses of thousands. They also either refuse to cover them or attempt to run me in circles being rude until. I give up. FIRE ALL OF THEM

They canceled my passport appointment I had to book over a week in advance less than 3 hours before it was supposed to happen, with no justification or explanation at all. Terrible service, go to any post office other than this one.

Can't believe it, sent a package to Tennessee it went to Orlando then Jacksonville, then back to Des Moines and back out today. Where will it end up. Don't sendUSPS.pay the difference and send FedEx

I get that it’s 9 in the morning, but there’s no reason to be rude. (I went in to help a family member translate for a passport )Yes there was a mix up with the date for an appointment but there was no need to be snobby and annoyed at that time of day. Your day just started and there was no reason to be like that for real. Yall need better customer service cause I know yall would not like that being reciprocated back. Especially when all I was trying to do was be nice and a translator cause obviously your translator sucked at their job to say the right shi. I really hope those ladies get blessed for real.

The United States Postal Service is not anything that I like to use to have anything shipped or mailed because they do not do anything on time as they say I would rather pay extra and know that my stuff will arrive on time then have to deal with the postal service and the way that they handle their deliveries. Every single time I have ordered something that has to go through the mail it sits in five different postal facilities for no reason and they wonder why they want to cut the funds on the Postal Service

love when my package sits in your facility for 3 business days and causes my order to be late. i worked in a warehouse before and the only explanation for this is laziness.

My package has been stuck here for a week with no updates. I’m extremely upset and had to file a missing mail request, and STILL no update. That is absolutely ridiculous. Get yalls issues in order and stop losing everyone’s packages!!!

Wish I could give the retail counter ZERO stars. They older lady I dealt with is a joke and so so Rude! I asked nicely for a large book of stamps and she looked at me and said aw No!, she then looked and found a huge stack of stamps. She definitely is on a power trip, I don't know why, her job is definitely not special one bit!
