Clerk did not want to do my fingerprints as she was the only one even though there was no one else in line. Said to come back after 1pm when her supervisor returned and it was 1:30pm at the time. Not happy at all especially since i have 3 little kids at home being watched so I could do this.

Scheduled a passport appointment. Showed up for the appointment and told the passport agent called in sick. No communication sent to us. Wasted my time. Informed that the usual passport agent is a flake and calls out all the time. Told to try any other USPS facility for passports.

could not get though ti were they hold my mail at had to go to main post office to fd in a whind out ,i ride the bus and in a wheelchair called main post office number and went to voicemail called 800 number and coundnt get info where my mail is being held at couldnt get a live person ether
