Such rude clerks was talking to the blonde/white haired lady then the redheaded clerk decides they needed to, butt in and was so rude, and not only that the appearance of this person is crazy their hair has not been brushed and probably a month with big giant knots in the back, which is a very bad representative of the US Postal Service, there used to be a day where the employees had to look at least somewhat presentable, but aside from that my package was sent back and I just went to ask a simple question and they wouldn’t even talk to me. Said I needed to talk to a carrier supervisor, sent me over to another door, carrier supervisor never came. Funny thing is I used to be a carrier in California and I retired. This is a horribly run Post Office. Post Master you can do better. This Post Office needs a re vamp

I had a very simple question and was met with the most condescending and patronizing tone from the employee with the long, red hair. This office isn’t beating the rude government employee allegations.

We have had an incredible amount of issues receiving our cat’s ashes from this post office. My husband and I are teachers, and are home all summer long, but somehow they missed us 3 separate times to sign for the package. The third “attempt” at delivery, a note was delivered telling us the package would be at the post office (even though we were told they would be delivered to the animal hospital if delivery was unsuccessful, this never happened). When we got to the office the clerk insisted that the ashes were sent back to the cremation company. She refused to look in the back for the package (despite the note that was left for us) and told us to contact the company. After a game of phone tag, the company informed us that the ashes were indeed at the post office. When my husband went back in to get the ashes, the clerk was rude and offered no apology for the mistake.

The only reason that this isn't one star is because I managed to get a nice person to help me. The first person at the desk was incredibly rude and condescending. Their name tag was conveniently never visible, but they had longish red hair.

Wanted to make sure the other bad reviews weren't over exaggerating. They were not. This has to be the most rude stereotypical bad customer service goverment employee ever.
Horrendously condescending and riddled with attitude. I understand having a bad day or being upset at work. But this just felt filled with malice. Please God hire someone else. I might apply just to make sure people don't feel like crap for seeking help from their local post office.

Visited on Jan 7th to send a registered letter. Stood in line for 15 minutes as 1 man worked and two women watched him. They couldn’t find a piece of mail a customer was requesting and as a result all three had a 15 minute pow wow to decide next course of action. Ridiculous!

They lost my letter from the IRS and all they could do was tell me to contact the IRS to have it resent!?! Are you kidding me!!! You guys never get my mail delivered properly! Now today I had a package scanned as delivered and then 10 minutes later it says no such number. Then the best part is they say we don't have a regular carrier on our route so that's why stuff is missing. I could do a better job myself than what these people are paid to do!

The people on the phones hang up on you, when you place a package on hold they still ship them, they constantly have “scanning problems” and lose packages, they promise to call back with updates but don’t, just overall terrible customer service. Literally the worst post office I’ve ever been to. Don’t use this post office, try a different one.

Rudest group of people working there. Received a letter that my package had to be inspected for a claim. I came in at 4:30 closes at 5. Cashier #2 said I needed to work with cashier #3 and to step out of line until cashier is done assisting another person. Cashier #3 was unable to help me and went to manger on duty. Cashier #3 took a copy of the claims letter and said the system was down and manager on duty would be calling me. I asked cashier #3 if I should try a different location since I don’t get off work until 3:30-4. Super rude the cashier said do what you want but manager on duty would be calling you. This was July 2 never received a call from the manager on duty.

Walked in at 4:55 to get some stamps and an older female employee just yelled “we’re closed!” at me. I said I thought they were open until 5, and I just needed stamps but she refused service and wandered away.I totally get not wanting to deal with folks at the end of a shift, but it was very rude and it wasn’t like I rushed in at 5:00 on the dot with a bunch of packages to send.
