Ugh. You guys need to hire new people. The 2 old ladies are slow and useless. Especially the one with the red wig. Had to wait nearly an hour with ONE person in front of me.

I went there around 10 in the morning to mail a package. There was no one at the counter. There was a sign that said to ring the bell for service. I rang the bell and someone came out right away. Service was pleasant and efficient.

The only reason that this isn't one star is because I managed to get a nice person to help me. The first person at the desk was incredibly rude and condescending. Their name tag was conveniently never visible, but they had longish red hair.
