Do yourself a favor and go to literally ANY other carrier. Offered me a great up front deal to switch including a new iPhone, etc. 2 weeks later a 2nd phone I never ordered shows up in the mail, which I inform them of right away and they assure me will be taken care of. Nope, my next bill is for $450 including the new line and phone I didn’t order. Verizon now insists no fraud was committed and even though they got their 2nd phone back, my bill for next month is over $1000 because they are trying to charge me for the phone I never ordered and sent back. Won’t fix anything, are already making threats of collections. Never using these clowns again.

My sister and I recently switched from U.S Cellular to Verizon and they had amazing holiday deals, price cuts, and easy accessible service switch. The worker who got our accounts set up for our new phones was AMAZING. Answered all of our questions. However, we were told that we would all receive a $750 gift card because we switched phone companies and all we needed to do was enter a promo code on a link. Which did NOT work so once we returned to the store to hand in our trade in IPhones we asked about it. Once we got to this Verizon store a different employee helped us. He was VERY rude. He refused to give us clear answers about the gift cards and had an attitude almost the whole time when asking for our Apple IDs and passwords. One of the iPhones had a lock on it for stolen data so he told us to go home and turn it off then come all the way back to hand it in. Fast forward a couple weeks my sister and I go back to return the iPhone because our 30 days were up. The same guy helped us and the first thing he said was “of course the phone is dead” I not informed the iPhone needed to be full charged? Once again, an attitude the whole time! May I also mention we were the only customers in the store so we were not holding up any line by the phone being dead. We asked about the $750 gift cards again because we still have no further information about them. I am VERY disappointed in this guys customer service. For description since he wouldn’t sit up right to talk to us I couldn’t catch his name tag. He had glasses and had a balder head. I won’t be going back to this store.

Just walked in to buy 4 iPhone 16 pro maxs, 2 Apple Watch’s, 2 iPads and potentially WiFi and got a terrible attitude from Morgan, the manager within the first question we asked. Turned around and walked right back out.

I will not return to this location. We went in for an upgrade and the sales person, never actually gave us her name, tried talking my daughter in law out of every single thing she wanted. We would have purchased more but between her being rude and 100% unhelpful we left after we placed our order. Told us the promos might not work so give it 6 months and check it..... Um no, I shouldn't have to follow up, I will but that should be part of her job. I asked her to check my plan and see if I could get a better deal, she didn't even look, she finished the order handed us papers and walked to the back, phone wasn't working after whatever she did and she made it very clear through her behavior, she did not want to help us or take care of anything. I miss the old Manager and crew. They cared, these newish ones do not.

They have no customer service skills at all and they will give you a hard time when they don’t have to!! I went in to pick up my new phone and they said they couldn’t take my id because it was expired by 3 days, wow big deal. They did not offer any other options or try to help me resolve the situation, they just stared at me looking stupid. And I called the customer service line and they told me they could’ve accepted it, so really the people in the store was just being racist. THEN on my way out I heard one of them laugh. I ended up calling Verizon customer service to get my money back and do business elsewhere. So I had to go back in the store to tell them to cancel my order because that’s what the Verizon customer service number told me I I had the option to do because the Cust service line did not have the option to cancel since it was already on hold at the store and the store people told me they can’t ( they were lying ) and I had to wait 3 days for it to cancel out. I had to sit there and argue with them about it instead of them doing their job!! Then I had to end up calling the customer service people again and they told me once again, it’s their job at the store to cancel the order and they could’ve did it! I hate this store. They gave me a hard time about every little thing plus I had my toddler with me! This made me not even want a phone with verizion. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

Terrible service, waited 45 mins told I was next to be helped and nobody came over even after they were done with others. Jordan creek could get us in right away. Dont go to this branch if you can avoid it.

Whatever you do, do not come into this store I bought a iPhone charger here it didn’t work so I brought it back the sales rep and manager said the charger was discounted but they couldn’t give me back money because the drawer would be short so 5 days after the charger that was swapped out stopped working so I returned back to the store to get a refund and now I’m being told I can’t get my money back because it will be mailed in a check when I don’t even have a Verizon account and I also paid cash and it says no where on the receipt where I couldn’t get a refund now the cops are here because I don’t want to leave without my money ( update) cops were called after manager told me repeatedly I wouldn’t get any money back from my charger I am now walking out of the store after speaking with corporate over the phone with my full refund for my charger that I had to refund twice
