I had this review at a 4 because this store set me up relatively quickly and painlessly the first time I came in needing to get away from a MVNO, but after I have been in recently, I really can't recommend this location.1) Mostly an annoyance, but it took hours to do a simple trade-in and activation of a new device. I was late to an event due to being in the store a lot longer than it should have taken.2) I was given the wrong information about new plan pricing by a green representative and was told my bill would lower after a month of more expensive service. I don't think he was lying--I think the rep was put in a position to fail by not being taught about any of the plans/pricing structure/promotions and got really confused even though I was repeating the same simple question clearly over and over to confirm my bill would lower to a specific dollar amount eventually.3) When I came in to ask about my bill a few days later (after going home and learning about my permanently higher rate), a different rep sat down with me and said something to the effect of, "Yeah, I don't know, maybe he told you something wrong, but yeah that's the agreement." She basically shrugged her shoulders as if the reps have no responsibility for telling the customers the correct information. I do my best to understand the contracts, but I need to be able to count on the "experts" on the floor in order to understand the bottom line. Upsell all you want--I'm comfortable saying no--but don't supply me with inaccurate information.Big thumbs-down from me :(

Very bad customer services went to get a number swap not the line and took the internet modem back and I got a letter from debt collector saying I owe over $300 went to talk to Verizon and very rude didn't try to help in anyway if you go there make sure you know what they are doing to your account I will close my business acc and all lines from this business very bad and rude employees not happy with their jobs or have a idea of what they are doing becareful

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Be careful and get receipt for each phone if you drop off your trade in here. I went in to drop off my trade in the lady only put into the computer that I returned one phone when I returned two after being extremely rude to me about having to help me turn off find my iPhone. Customer service said I needed to go back into the store and sort it out with the manager as they could only see one phone received. When I did the manager Chase Erickson, was no better than the first lady I dealt with. He acted like I was lying to him said they didn't have the phone, was completely rude while i sat in his store crying because their mistake was going to cost me another 600 dollars as a single mom I cannot afford that. I asked them to pull security footage, he said it would take 2-3 days but they could do that and call me. He never called I just got a notification email the second phone was returned. No apology no nothing. I have filed a complaint with the main Verizon company against this store and the manager. Wanted to post a review to warn others of this.

Went in because my screen broke” The Eric” was the nicest guy, helped me with everything I needed, Everyone was very nice and Greeted me with a smile!! Thanks Eric for the GREAT EXPERIENCE!

I worked with Jon today and he was great. He did a great job of explaining to me and we are trying a new sim card to see if that helps. If not I will go back and work with him to get a new phone. I appreciate his help. Thank you Jon!

I signed up for 5G home plus and picked up a 5G internet Gateway from this store. Quick and easy process. Friendly staff. no line. convenient location from Downtown. I am able to get 4 to 5 bars of 5GUW. REAL mmwave 5G from my apartment downtown. Great speeds!!!! 900 mbps down 300 mbps up consistently. 19ms ping.. astonishing amazing... best in class upload speeds!!!!!! This is almost as good as fiber with out being fiber. Better ping times and upload speeds than Mediacom or CenturyLink.

The South Side Verizon could not help p me bc they keep short hours. The Mgr told me he was too busy to help me. It was 1 hour + from closing. The Mgr stated he was too busy to help. That I would have to make an appointment. When I tried to make one the next day he said he was full up that I would have to pick another day.I went to the S. Side store for help from Runnells... which was my old address. We were annexed into Pleasant Hill ...I then went to Altoona... it was opened and Never have they been soo busy I was never turned away.This is the first time on the S. Side...They must have the job of jobs...Short hours and can tell customers that they're busy when I assume they don't have to work when they don't want to, lol....

My top pick for phone service. There's so many out there now...it's overwhelming. But Verizon has been the service for two people close to me for the last 15 years, and it's been smooth easy sailing for them all 15 years.

Manager of this location, Alex Theis, helped me get my new phone working from porting issues at the Merle Hay location. He did an awesome job of helping we without an appointment, while still greeting and helping other customers that walked in the store. Very professional at doing his job.

I went in to upgrade to a new phone and the team here was very helpful and friendly.I had a mixup with a phone GB size, but the team took care of me and made it right!!I had an awesome experience. I recommend this store.They are also very good at applying screen protectors, so don't be afraid to ask them to do it for you!
