Had my car fixed very fast and didn’t suggest unnecessary repairs and services. Charged me a reasonable fee for the service and were very friendly.

“I had rust problems on some sections of the frame of my Jeep. It was rusted completely through in some areas. They repaired it beautifully, and it looks as good as a new factory frame. They also painted and rust-proofed the repaired area.”
“The Tandem staff got our vehicle in right away and had the car back and road-ready that same day. Stellar service. We had a situation where my son called me at 5:26 in the morning to say his wheel fell off his car out by the DBQ airport. Huh? Yep. It just fell off and sheared off the bolts that were hold it on. After spending about 90 minutes helping him for the wheel in the dark, we called a tow truck to have his vehicle towed to Tandem. I chose to have it towed to Tandem because I thought they would be quick about getting the vehicle put back together and they were. The wheel was not salvageable so they had to find a new matching one and they did so quickly - probably not an easy feat for a 2003 Jeep Liberty. My son needed the car to drive to Davenport for work and Tandem got him back on the road as quickly as possible.”

“I am 55 years old and have bought a lot of cars over the years. I have to say that my visit yesterday at Finnin Kia was one of the most enjoyable, stress-free, and quick experiences I have ever had. I was interested in a Mazda Miata convertible and was concerned about rust as the last one I purchased from a dealership was very rusty. I asked my salesperson, Jackson Hiland, if he would be willing to move the car to a spot on the asphalt parking lot so I could look underneath. Instead, Jackson offered to put the car on a hoist so I could see everything underneath the car. Who does that? Wow! After looking underneath the car and a quick test drive, I purchased the car. Blake Oyen was the business manager who handled the paperwork and I was in and out of his office in less than 10 minutes. Blake and Jackson were both so nice and professional! It was so easy and I got a tremendous deal on a super low mileage Miata in phenomenal condition. As you can tell, I couldn't be happier. I can't wait to take to dog out on a cruise in my new Miata.
