We stayed here for the weekend. The hotel has a weird musty smell to it. The rooms are outdated and you only get 2 pillows for your bed. The only pro is that it is conveniently close to many restaurants and stores. Not far from some of the points of interest (Botanical Garden, dubuque elevator, Mississippi river).

We came from Chicago and Kim R. helped us a lot. She made us feel very comfortable, she was very kind, and she helped us a great deal. I recommend coming to this hotel.
