“A good hotel option for those with kids in college in Dubuque. Stayed multiple times during the 4 years our kid was in school. A bit aged and could use some refreshing (carpet/paint), but overall the convenience kept us coming back.”

“Wonderful hotel stay for quick overnight stay for a wedding. Love the room with tall ceilings and comfortable beds. Clean and quiet. No free breakfast but free coffee was good and was free. Love the fact you can go straight to your room with the app!
Only reason didn’t get 5 stars was front desk both morning and evening never said a word to me as I passed by several times. I would recommend putting some friendly people as the first thing you see when walking in.”

“We stayed here for the field of dreams baseball tournament with a group of baseball families during memorial weekend. It's only about a 30min drive to Dyersville. The pool area was clean but very loud when lots of children were swimming, they did have a small patio outside but it was a bit chilly at nights so we didn't use it. The rooms are clean although the bathrooms were slightly outdated with some minor issues in the ceiling and rust with some of the hardware in the bath tub. They only come clean every other day but the day they did clean some of our beds weren't made and they didn't replace the outside tub foot towel that was on the floor which i thought was odd. The first night we stayed, breakfast was great; however the next two days they were very under prepared for the amount of people that stayed here. The food was pretty much gone when we woke up and we had to wait quite awhile before it was replaced and was almost gone again before we could get up there. The location was pretty good, they have a few places nearby that are close enough to walk to; however the city really needs to make a crosswalk and more sidewalks over there but definitely not the hotel's fault there. It's close to a target, hyvee, chick fil'a, Chipotle, and then down the way is a wal mart, Wendy's, olive garden and a mall with Dick Sporting goods. Overall it was an good experience, would stay again as the cost wasn't too overwhelming and the location was good.”
“Steve was so kind and helpful! We arrived a day early and he helped us get a room and even arranged for us to stay in the same room for the duration of our trip. He also gave us a great restaurant recommendation and even provided a coupon for us to use. Melissa P. was super kind the next morning answering all our questions. All the staff we encountered were helpful.”

“Not all Wyndham properties are creates equally. I had a sub par experience at a property in Fond du Lac Wisconsin 2 weeks earlier. My stay in Dubuque was great and the service was excellent. I made a reservation for the wrong day and they canceled and I was able to reschedule with no problem. My key gave me a little issue but the clerk simply reissued a new one and walked with me to my room to make sure it worked. Traveling alone so I definitely appreciated that.”

“Not too bad! This is a good priced motel with a decent room, no bugs found. AC worked good, cable tv, but no coffee. Bathroom kind of old and yucky but if you need a place to stay in Dubuque for cheap it’ll do! Made us do a deposit but got it back in morning. Looks like the photos.”
“Incredible breakfast with lots of thoughtful details (chives for eggs, dried fruit and misc for oatmeal, solid coffee bar offerings.) Salon/ spa need you to book a couple weeks out. Great little boutique.”
“The hotel is great! It's a staff member that brings it down. Your food and beverages worker came to work on Mother's Day with an strong attitude. Cussing and fussing.”
