A good hotel option for those with kids in college in Dubuque. Stayed multiple times during the 4 years our kid was in school. A bit aged and could use some refreshing (carpet/paint), but overall the convenience kept us coming back.

Room was fine - we had an issue with the first room we were assigned and it was a bit of an effort to get issue rezoled; ultimately had to change rooms. Great pool area if you have kids. Breakfast options were okay - but hey - included in the room rate.
