Building Materials in Dubuque, IA

“I recently had the pleasure of working with Russ Benn to purchase new exterior doors, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience.
From the very beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping me find the right doors for my home. He took the time to explain all my options from materials and styles to energy efficiency and durability without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. It was clear that he truly understands the products and cares about matching customers with the best solution for their needs.
What stood out most was his attention to detail. He made sure measurements were accurate, walked me through customization choices, and answered every question thoroughly. His communication throughout the process was excellent, keeping me informed about timelines and next steps so there were no surprises.
The new exterior doors look fantastic and have completely elevated the appearance of my home. The quality is outstanding, and the entire process was smooth thanks to his guidance and expertise.
If you’re considering any home improvements or building new, I highly recommend working with Russ at Tri-State Supply. My experience was exceptional service, great products, and a truly positive experience from start to finish.”

“We put a small addition on our home, we’ve been working with Todd. and he’s been great ! friendly and knowledgeable! we also bought windows and doors from Fritz, very helpful and also very knowledgeable!”

“Had a fantastic experience today at this shop! I walked in looking for a total of 50 pieces of tiny stuff and they were SO accommodating. I did not get the man’s first name at the counter and I’m mad I didn’t. He was helpful, knowledge and efficient. Had I been trying to find the things myself, it would have NEVER happened. It’s almost impossible to find wonderful employees who are not upset they have to help a customer! Most often, I walk in a place and they don’t even look up. I’m SO grateful that I was able to get what I needed all in one place, TODAY and with a wonderful employee!! I spent less than $10.00, not hundreds or more. Thank you!!”
