Kind of over promised and under delivered. Was going to rent their cellulose blower. Was ensured it was working, got it home and literally nothing turned on when plugged in. They handled the return fine but is sure hope that part of the process was uneventful given I brought it back right away

After 14 months, the counters that I purchased with installation through Lowes are not done. Many promises and calls later (as well as through corporate Lowes) have not solved the problem. I really think that 14 months is long enough for a counter installation to be complete, but no help from Lowes.

The young gentleman working the the area of bathroom vanities went way above and beyond on his helpfulness. He even found another worker to help him load our truck. They were so nice and helpful. The lady at customer service sadly was not anywhere near their level of professionalism.
