“Lots of stock 2 chose from. Lots of easily accessible free parking. Though the parking lot conditions leave a lot 2 B desired. Prices R fair. Trade ins, not so much. Their CS also leaves a lot 2 B desired. They act like U R an imposition to their work. Not warm or friendly or inviting.”

“On Sunday, I opened my laptop and it had somehow completely bricked itself. There was no getting it to run whatsoever. Sunday afternoon I had an appointment with an employee from the GeekSquad to take a look. This employee (I believe their name was Chai) was SO awesome. They took the time to try all of the "easy" fixes first before realizing that it wasn't an easy fix and my whole laptop needed to be wiped and re-downloaded. They let me know that this could be a 2-3 day fix but ensured me they would do their best to have it done ASAP. This employee was the only tech/help desk employee they had on staff at the time and was managing to assist multiple of us at a time. My laptop was fixed in a timely manner. To Chai, THANK YOU.”
