“This is my favorite US Cellular office in Dubuque. You are always so helpful and especially when I lost my phone in the ocean in Alaska. You put in a claim promptly and I got a new phone within hours hand delivered to my house and had expert help getting it set up. Thank you so much for making the process easy!”
“Customer Rep (Jason? With dreadlocks) sent us across the street for my ATT Apple phone issue with a dirty charger port. The referral was great and phone fixed free of charge. THANK You!”
“Very friendly, even their dog! Brought in some old coins, they cleaned them up to make sure of what they were, and cut me a check. Based off other reviews and my impressions of them I even trusted them with the coins while I left to run some other errands. Hour later I came back and got a check!”
“James Stewart was amazing to work with. Extremely knowledgeable and overly patient when upgrading my son’s phone. Very soft spoken but so nice, just what we like.”
