“The customer service at this place was wonderful. I bought a pair of Hokas Clifton 9 sneakers and the treads completely fell off after only a few months of normal wear and tear use. The manager examined my old pair and shipped me brand new Hokas Clifton 10 sneakers as a free replacement in exchange for the damaged pair I purchased when I visited a friend in Dubuque; shipment went a long way: all the way to my home in Massachusetts! Just arrived and exactly as described. I highly recommend Bill Megia and Tradehome shoes. Would do business with them again!”

“I went in today to look for a pair of shoes. While I was shopping two ladies starting yelling at the employees saying that customer service sucked. I thought the employees were very polite and left people alone because they didn’t want to be too nosy or annoying. The girls then went up to the registers and continued to tell the employees how horrible their costumer service is. I would come back to the store and hope the same thing wouldn’t happen. Very great store with pretty good pricing, and great employees!-sammy”
“Normally I kind of avoid Dick's Sporting Goods. However, the Dubuque Dick's Sporting Goods is a really nice and gracious store. The employees are super great and have been extremely helpful each time I go in. So much so, I become a Score Card member. All because of the Dubuque location.”

“I have some issues with my feet and had heard good things about how Brown's will help solve problems and will find the best shoe for each customer. I was very eager to visit as I desperately needed new walking shoes.
First visit I met and worked with Joanne.
She was terrific. I was given as much time as needed to find the right shoe.
She is very knowledgeable about how a shoe should fit and the different lines they carry. I left with a new pair and was very happy with my experience.
Well, once on hard surfaces the selected.shoes didnt work out. I went back and Joanne was, again, very helpful with finding a different 'best' shoe.
I cant say enough how much I appreciate the time and attention she gave to me. No pressure to purchase, no hurry to get to the next customer. I'll be going back for fall shoes soon.
