“I wish I knew names but I don't. I dropped off an Amazon return last week and asked if Staples does 2 sided Christmas cards and your female employee said yes we do and we would love to print your Christmas cards. The same lady called the day after I placed my order and left me a voicemail that my "Beautiful" Christmas cards were ready for pick up. When I picked them up a male employee that checked me out was surprised at how many I ordered. I asked if I could use my coupon $20 off of $50 purchase and he enthusiastically said YES you can. This type of customer service is not common anymore but I have worked in customer service for over 25 years so I really appreciate it and trust me, I share this with everyone I know!! Keep up the great work :)”

“We were in search of a print shop to print a curated watercolor of our wedding venue for our wedding invitation suit. After searching multiple places online, we did not think it would be possible to get that original watercolor look. We decided to stop into Carlisle Ryan to inquire if they had any ideas. Joe was extremely knowledgeable and understood our vision. He immediately recommended a paper type and offered to print a proof. Satisfied with the proof, he offered to print the rest of the copies on the spot. Within 15 minutes of arriving, I was walking out the door with a sealed packet of cut-to-size watercolor prints. The staff and equipment are overall very impressive. Highly recommend and will continue to use Carlisle Ryan for our print needs.”
