“Went to J’s on a referral from another tech. I thought they only worked on hot rod trucks. Took my car there for an exhaust leak. I had an appointment and they got me in on time. Had my car fixed very fast and didn’t suggest unnecessary repairs and services. Charged me a reasonable fee for the service and were very friendly.
Will definitely go back for additional service.”
“The Tandem staff got our vehicle in right away and had the car back and road-ready that same day. Stellar service. We had a situation where my son called me at 5:26 in the morning to say his wheel fell off his car out by the DBQ airport. Huh? Yep. It just fell off and sheared off the bolts that were hold it on. After spending about 90 minutes helping him for the wheel in the dark, we called a tow truck to have his vehicle towed to Tandem. I chose to have it towed to Tandem because I thought they would be quick about getting the vehicle put back together and they were. The wheel was not salvageable so they had to find a new matching one and they did so quickly - probably not an easy feat for a 2003 Jeep Liberty. My son needed the car to drive to Davenport for work and Tandem got him back on the road as quickly as possible.”

I also thought it was nice that everyone was dressed neatly. Some places we went that wasn't the case.

“Amazing experience with this place. I had a blowout on my camper while traveling to town to work. I wanted to get all my tires replaced and when I called I figured I’d order the tires and on my way out of town go by there. I was extremely busy and couldn’t do it any other time. They offered to come to me! I was out in the field and came back one day and all the tires were done. It cost a little extra for the site visit but completely worth it to me. I needed to concentrate on work while there and when I was done the last thing I wanted to do was go somewhere to get that done. I just wanted to go home. I’m very grateful to have found this place while on the road and I highly recommend them to anyone in the area.”

Austin set up an appointment for me within an hour, took care of my warranty that covered the tire, the tech that replaced my tire answered my questions completely. And I was on my way in an hour and a half. They were a blessing to me and I would highly recommend them.”
