“I was visiting Dubuque for the weekend and had a flat tire. They fit me in at a moments notice on a Saturday and I got 4 new tires. I needed new ones anyway and didnt want to by just one to replace the flat. Very friendly and had it done in a couple of hours. Highly recommend!”

“The Tandem staff got our vehicle in right away and had the car back and road-ready that same day. Stellar service. We had a situation where my son called me at 5:26 in the morning to say his wheel fell off his car out by the DBQ airport. Huh? Yep. It just fell off and sheared off the bolts that were hold it on. After spending about 90 minutes helping him for the wheel in the dark, we called a tow truck to have his vehicle towed to Tandem. I chose to have it towed to Tandem because I thought they would be quick about getting the vehicle put back together and they were. The wheel was not salvageable so they had to find a new matching one and they did so quickly - probably not an easy feat for a 2003 Jeep Liberty. My son needed the car to drive to Davenport for work and Tandem got him back on the road as quickly as possible.”

“On an overnight trip, 4 hours from home, we started experiencing some scary brake issues. It was about 20 minutes to closing time when we pulled up to Auto Dynamics. Gary came outside and took a look. Brake line rusted out and we're supposed to return home the next day! He explained everything clearly, best/worst case scenarios, and while the shop was booked out and they wouldnt be able to fix it by the following day, he recommended another place he thought might be able to help us. Gary topped us off with brake fluid and also recommended some attractions near our hotel we could visit without needing a car. 😀 Total dad vibes. Thank you for your kindness, Gary!”

“They really saved us!! We were coming into Platteville after a 2.5 hour drive and the low engine oil light came on (just had an oil change the day before at my dealership). We pulled into Garvey's and realized we had a major oil leak. They got us right in, checked out the car and replaced the oil filter and oil. They even helped to clean up the dripping oil from the underside of the car. And this all happened at 4:30PM on a Friday.

“Amazing experience with this place. I had a blowout on my camper while traveling to town to work. I wanted to get all my tires replaced and when I called I figured I’d order the tires and on my way out of town go by there. I was extremely busy and couldn’t do it any other time. They offered to come to me! I was out in the field and came back one day and all the tires were done. It cost a little extra for the site visit but completely worth it to me. I needed to concentrate on work while there and when I was done the last thing I wanted to do was go somewhere to get that done. I just wanted to go home. I’m very grateful to have found this place while on the road and I highly recommend them to anyone in the area.”
