So, I thought, “Great! they offer dose packs, so I know if I forgot to take it or not. and everyone I’ve dealt with so far has been so helpful and so pleasant to deal with I cannot say anything but great things”

“We have recently switched from a large pharmacy to Costco pharmacy. My wife just had a total knee replacement and Costco Pharmacy has been beyond helpful. They are always professional and kind. It seems Costco can get your medication, if they don't have it, very quick. We had had it where our previous Pharmacy took up to a month to get medications that we needed for after a big surgery. It was never, no we can't get it or we don't have it. Costco has always gotten it within 1 day if they didn't have it. It has been so much less stress to know you they are working with you to get anything. Plus if you have questions they are very really are very knowledgeable about what you are taking. I have been very pleased with this easy transfer of our medications.”

When I called the lady, (no name) told me they are not filling scripts now. They are doing Covid Shots and Tests. And they will get it filled “when they can”. Good thing this med is not a matter of life or death.”

Pharmacy operation faced some real challenges (over-worked, under-staffed) for a number of years, but over the past year service has dramatically improved. Script fill-accuracy and timeliness are very good & counter staff are very nice people.”

“My husband and I had a very negative experience with one of the butchers at the HyVee on Devils Glen in Bettendorf on July 2, 2023, so I had posted a negative review of their butcher counter on Yelp. Management from that HyVee store reached out to us the very next morning and apologized for what had happened. They did make things right with us and so I am changing my negative review to a very positive one. This HyVee location clearly does care about the quality of service they provide to their customers. I highly recommend this HyVee location.”

“I'm so pleased to have a small, locally owned pharmacy in our town. I've had nothing but pleasant experiences with the staff. They're always helpful, always knowledgeable and open to consultations. They have even given me an extra heads up phone call from time to time, when an RX turned out to be uncovered or very expensive. The owner isn't friendly, but some people can seem that way if they're shy or busy... Myself included.”
