“Polite friendly staff answered all questions and clarified any concerns I may have had. Clean well maintained securer looking facility than most others I have seen in the area. Bay of units looked almost like if not new. No long delays on anything like other places who seem barely held together. Time will tell but from my experience thus far they seem to be a very professional, prompt and thoutfully run outfit worth moving your storage needs to. Their site setup will definetly meet the standards necessary for your homeowners offsite storage of personal property insurance (unless your insurance is in need of change or replacement) under your basic or umbrella setup from what I have looked into.”
“I have had a unit with them for many years now. It was easy to get and the staff have all been friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very accommodating. When I no longer needed a large unit, it was a simple process to get into a smaller one. Since I am not currently residing in Waterloo, so being able to pay online saves me a lot of hassle. I have just recently closed out my unit here due to moving cross country, and that process was absolutely easy as well. I appreciate what they have done over the years.”

“Best storage in the area. It is so easy to pop in without an appointment, use the easy self serve kiosk and have whatever size unit I need in minutes. All climate controlled and secure so I don’t have to worry about the weather or anything else. I had a question about using one of their pods and the staff was very helpful.”
“**Updated**Made reservation yesterday via call. Your directed through their automated phone system. I received a reservation number and was told I'd be able to complete check in the next day (Sunday at 9am). No one is here to help me complete check in. They say you can "skip the counter" by completing check in online but it asks you to log in and I've never created an account. Tried going through the forgot pass dialogs but Im never sent information to log in. Also, it's not clear exactly if there is even an office to check in with. Tried calling and it's a 40 min wait.Alright, so your supposed to go to the "3633 University Ave, Waterloo, IA 50701" location first to do the counter checkout process. Changing from 1 to 4 stars because everyone has been polite, it's probably my fault for not understanding the process, but for a noob this wasn't as obvious as I'd like it to be.”
