“Excellent customer service. I accidently ran over the curb which bent something underneath my car and caused me to lose a clip. The body shop replaced it and straightened the damaged part within about 15 minutes free of charge! Fast service. Good people. I highly recommend this shop.”

“I have a 2004 Chrysler town and county and I didn't know what was wrong with it. My friend came over to help me and couldn't figure it out. I called benton auto and he told me that he couldn't get me in till next week. I was really upset and he asked if I could bring it now and I said yes. I got there and he looked at it with the scanner and within a half hour he knew what was wrong and had it fixed in a half hour. I am so appreciative for him. He was friendly and very helpful in letting me know everything he was doing. His worker was very friendly also. I would recommend him to everyone I know. Thank God for kind and understanding people.”

I'm a 77 year old woman so I needed some help. Fred was so courteous. Friendly and helpful above and beyond On a scale of 10 I would give him at least a 15 !!!!!”

“They took care of me and the mechanic Matt B. was very professional. They even told me I'd save money next time if I told them the oil and filters I'd like instead of pre buying them at the store. He replaced the air filter on my vehicle as well. Was hoping for the k&n lifetime filter to get that extra body of HP although sadly they did not have the part number in stock. Would recommend.”
