“Came in and was helped by Carly she was very knowledgeable and knew her stuff, right away she greeted me asking how I was, I said okay and she followed with the follow up question of how may I help you, now I was with Verizon and was paying way too much, she was on top of it she asked me what I use my phone for the most as well as the things I do such a photo taking and such, basically asking what I valued most in a smart phone I told her exactly what I needed and she was able to direct me to a phone which was an amazing deal vs what I’d pay anywhere else for a device and then she asked me if I would like the insurance showed me an old phone of hers that was busted and said believe it or not.she dropped it on the carpet once after just buying it a few days prior . Stating all of which cricket protect covers and essential stating that it’s a lot better then having to make any last second purchases of a new device at the full price. And I agree, she then asked if I had a preference in color or if I liked more girly theme or more laid back I said I liked the girly theme she came back with a phone case that was my style all the way! I really enjoyed my visit and we decided I’d come back the next day she is working to buy the phone and that exact case she wrote down everything I needed to know and what to come with to make things go smoothly. Thank you guys for the exceptional service!”
