“Diane Jass was incredibly helpful and still shocked at that interaction, midway through the weekend my router suddenly stops working so I put in a support ticket and within 5 mins I got a text message to my phone saying the issue and that she has a new power adapter for me (this is 7pm on a Saturday) I don’t think I could have gotten better service with any other ISP I forsure thought I was gonna be screwed til Monday”
“The customer service is what sells me on US Cellular Fort Dodge, IA. They always are very patient with my needs and they always get my things straightened out. Last night they worked on getting my phone and Apple Watch to work again. They even stayed late in order to get it completed even after I offered to come back the next day. These ladies are the best. I really do appreciate all of you at the store.”

“There is one problem with changing over from cable to WiFi it cost way to much just to turn off your cable for WiFi Internet 29$ but they charge 179$to switch and pay off Bill taxed not ok people”
