“After my previous internet provider unexpectedly shut off my service without any fault on my end, I was left scrambling since I work remotely and rely heavily on a stable connection for my job.
I called Fort Dodge Fiber right at 8 AM hoping to get on the schedule, but installations were already booking into the following week. After explaining my situation, Kaye immediately went above and beyond by reaching out to her technicians to see if there was any way they could help sooner.
