“I highly recommend this location for any of your convenience store needs. I am lucky enough to work across the parking lot and I have been a frequent customer. The staff members are friendly, professional, and helpful. They have a great variety of hot and fresh food items that you can grab when you’re in a hurry. It’s always clean, including the women’s bathroom, and if ever something is running low, as soon as you tell the staff they address it. Thank you to all the staff for treating me so kindly at every visit!”
“Cheap Gas, Awesome Customer service, Great Camp ground for tents, cabins, Motor homes, Fishing, boating, and Entertainment! Within a block there is a Casino, Water Park, Theme park, golf course, and Shopping Centers within less than 5 minutes drive! Freeway close!”

“The customer service was above and beyond! The lady helped us very thoroughly showing us the app and reward system, even pulled out her phone to show us how it worked. We then ordered a pizza and went to our car to wait for it and the lady even brought our pizza to our car. Definitely a five star experience. I don't remember the lady's name but she deserves a raise and employee of the month. :) This was on 6/30 at about 4pm.”

“Kwik Star is clean and organized. Staff is professional and friendly. Kwik Star offers great hot food and has great prices on things like butter, bread and milk. If you have thier app you can get great coupons too.”
“Seeing some of the reviews I was a bit worried, but it was over nothing. I got the same old Casey's pizza. When they said it would be ready it was, and they got me through the checkout despite a crowd and only two employees at the counter. Won't hesitate at all to order from this one again.”
“They are always nice and helpful! I love my hy-vee fuel saver when I shop at hyvee with it I get a %off gas than when I use cash to pay at the hyvee gas station i save money. for example I pumped 24.00 and only paid 12.00!”

“Love this place. If you like gizzards its the best place I've found outside of the south. Make sure you get them fresh, like just came out the oil as you would with any gizzard order. The large is 9oz and enough to fill a big guy. Their regular chicken is very good, not huge like KFC.”

“Nice Kwik Star here toward Downtown Waterloo, IA. When I walked in, there was a ton of hot food & bakery items. The store does have a unique layout. A 4pk of Cake Donuts here is 3.49, which is a saving when compared to Casey’s or Hy-Vee. I got that 4pk of Cake donuts, a 32oz fountain drink, and a Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Croissant Sandwich. The staff were very friendly. The total was 8.71 after taxes. This place does get busy so be aware. Keep up the good work, Kwik Star #380!-Shy_Gun670”

“Thank you to Daisy & Andrew at the store this afternoon. After getting gas, my battery died in my key fob. I was still at the pump on a busy Thursday afternoon. Thankfully, Kwik Star sells batteries. Those two went out of their way to help me change the battery and make sure it worked. Another staff member also helped. I'm sorry I didn't get her name. I would like to personally thank them for their kindness, compassion, and caring assistance!”

“Usually very kind staff but have had a few experiences where the employees are cussing even if kids are around. Not a huge deal to me but others seemed uncomfortable. One time an employee reminded me when I left $300 sitting on the counter after pulling it out of the ATM (pregnancy brain oops), so I really appreciated her and her integrity.
This week there were only XL cups out at one time. Food is usually good but have had them mess our order up a few times. Overall not a bad place, I do like Kwik Stars food better and hope Casey's gets more variety eventually.”

“I had a low tire at about 7:00 on a Wednesday evening. I called Jim Lynn. Very nice, young man on the phone said. They could get it in. I drove immediately to the station, he said. He had one in front of me. That was no problem. I went and ate supper. When I came back, he showed me exactly what was wrong. Might be a problem down the road, but fixed. It was very nice. Couldn't have asked for better service. I would highly rate Jim Lynn. I always have. When Jim owned it, it was great. It's continued to be great. And young man named Nathan that took care of me last night was exceptional.”

“Was treated very rudely by the girl working tonight. I was called a b**** and was told to f*** off. Sign on the door said she was in the bathroom for 5 minutes, those of us standing there waited longer than 5 minutes. One man was waiting for the door to be unlocked so he could purchase gas, he left without purchasing his gas. There were people in the store playing the games when the door was locked. People in customer service should know better than to treat their customers this way. Will never go back.”

“Nice little BP at the end of I-380. Currently there is not any public restrooms but it was posted on the doors and windows. The Cashier here is very nice and friendly. The store is very nicely organized and is clean. I got a Coca Cola (the new Spiced variant) which was 2.79 and some Reese’s Sticks which was 3.29. The station does have a fountain machine and some cappuccino/coffee machines. The interior is very nicely decorated and same with the outside. I hope this BP continues to be a great stop for anyone needing gas or some candy/soda here in the Waterloo (IA) area.-Shy_Gun670”

“Good little Casey’s! 2 pump station(so 4 gas pumps in total) and a little small. I came during lunch hour on a week day and was a bit disappointed in the availability of the hot food, but for the size of the town, it was definitely adequate! The staff were super kind and quick to help, and the store looked clean and maintained. Good place to stop if needed.”
