“This quick star is the most amazing convenience store in the world. My son comes out from Colorado and the very first thing he wants to do is go to Kwik star Brandon. The manager is so helpful so many of the employees are right on coffee if it gets low, they'll help you if they run out they're right there for you. Fabulous service coffee is always fresh and hot and taste great.

“Love this place. If you like gizzards its the best place I've found outside of the south. Make sure you get them fresh, like just came out the oil as you would with any gizzard order. The large is 9oz and enough to fill a big guy. Their regular chicken is very good, not huge like KFC.”

“Really nice store came around 4 o’clock in the morning. On my way back to Minnesota. Bathrooms were clean only problem is they quite literally had no bakery or breakfast items the only breakfast items that were available were prepackaged donuts which means you had to pay four dollars for three donuts in a box if you’re hungry coffee and hot chocolate was good.”

“Nice Kwik Star here toward Downtown Waterloo, IA. When I walked in, there was a ton of hot food & bakery items. The store does have a unique layout. A 4pk of Cake Donuts here is 3.49, which is a saving when compared to Casey’s or Hy-Vee. I got that 4pk of Cake donuts, a 32oz fountain drink, and a Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Croissant Sandwich. The staff were very friendly. The total was 8.71 after taxes. This place does get busy so be aware. Keep up the good work, Kwik Star #380!-Shy_Gun670”

“Was treated very rudely by the girl working tonight. I was called a b**** and was told to f*** off. Sign on the door said she was in the bathroom for 5 minutes, those of us standing there waited longer than 5 minutes. One man was waiting for the door to be unlocked so he could purchase gas, he left without purchasing his gas. There were people in the store playing the games when the door was locked. People in customer service should know better than to treat their customers this way. Will never go back.”
“I’ve ordered pizza from the Casey’s at Tower Park in Waterloo several times, and it has been consistently excellent. The pizza is the bomb—always hot, fresh, and so delicious! The toppings are generous, the crust is just right, and every order has been made the way I requested. The staff is friendly, and the service has always been great. I highly recommend this Casey’s if you’re looking for consistently great pizza!”
