“Went in with a $100 that the ATM wouldn't accept. They proved it was real through multiple methods but wouldn't exchange it for me and didn't tell me why. I go and deposit it in person and come back to get some breakfast. I tell the shift lead about the whole thing and expressed some slight annoyance. To make it up to me, she gave me my order for free. I feel like an absolute heel for the way I acted but she was understanding and helpful. I am very grateful to the staff for being so kind. Thank you.”

“Love this place. If you like gizzards its the best place I've found outside of the south. Make sure you get them fresh, like just came out the oil as you would with any gizzard order. The large is 9oz and enough to fill a big guy. Their regular chicken is very good, not huge like KFC.”

“High detergent in the fuels of Shell! Premiumis needed formy so called SuperBike motorcycle I use mostly high cost fuels. Better engine benifits. Cut rate fuels are too expensive for the life of the engines. BP, Shell, Marathon. Cenex is better than prior years.”

“Was treated very rudely by the girl working tonight. I was called a b**** and was told to f*** off. Sign on the door said she was in the bathroom for 5 minutes, those of us standing there waited longer than 5 minutes. One man was waiting for the door to be unlocked so he could purchase gas, he left without purchasing his gas. There were people in the store playing the games when the door was locked. People in customer service should know better than to treat their customers this way. Will never go back.”

“PLEASE READ THIS!!! People commonly mistaken this location for Star Mart. Only review this location if you are reviewing the Gas Pumps. Otherwise, if you are reviewing the inside of the store, please review Star Mart, located right this to this location on the map. Hope this helps. Now on with the review: The gas prices are not too overpriced and generally fair. 5/10.”
The Iowa retailer, the third-largest convenience store operator in the country, built its new three-year plan around three priorities: store growth, food and beverage expansion, and kitchen technology upgrades. The company plans to add 120 stores during the current fiscal year. Its previous plan, launched in 2023, delivered more than 500 new stores and earned the company a spot in the S&P 500.

The company wants people to actually plan to stop at Buc-ee's during road trips, not just go there as a last resort. Read the postLove's Travel Stops is rolling out a new system that turns work into a game for its restaurant employees. Picture this: Three big screens in each restaurant, tracking how fast workers greet customers, take orders, and hand out food. It's not just for show - early results say it's making service 11 seconds faster on average. "These monitors track key performance metrics in real-time, such as greet times, order processing times and the time it takes for food handoff," Love's explains. The system creates a more interactive environment, fostering friendly competition between stores.
