“We can’t say enough wonderful things about working with Peggy at Cabinets by Design. Our kitchen hadn’t been touched since the house was built 35 years ago, and we figured it was time for an update. When we started getting serious about the project, someone recommended talking to Peggy about remodel and design ideas - and what a blessing that recommendation was.
Peggy took the time to listen to our goals, and then, she provided us a series of renderings that we ultimately merged into our final design. We never would have thought of moving the appliance locations on our own, and we certainly didn’t know what to do with our hard-to-use bay window space. As you can see from the Before (brown cabinets) and After (white cabinets) pictures, the end result was fantastic.
Thanks to Peggy and her team, we went from simply remodeling for the sake of updating the house to remodeling to create a dream kitchen.”

Aside from that, the project went by smoothly and we want to thank our project manager Mike for that. We also enjoyed getting to know many of the other team members throughout the duration of the project, who always seemed genuinely happy to be there and cared about the job they did. Chuck, in particular, took great pride in his work and was always happy and willing to address any questions or requests we had.

“Bath Planet has been very good to deal with. The installation went smoothly and the shower looks so beautiful. Our installer was very nice and came when he said he would. So glad we got a “Fair” deal!”
“As a contractor I have mixed feelings about this store. The selection is pretty impressive considering everything they have on display is in stock. If you are looking for tile or flooring for a project, they probably will have something you like and if so, you won't have to order it, just load it up and check out. My pet peeve is the pricing. Same cost for contractors as everyone else, even Lowe's and Home Depot give me better pricing as a contractor. Also the sundries like mortar, Schleuter, grout, tile backer, and everything else you need to install your floors/tile is overpriced between 15 and 50 percent. On just one bathroom we did that was equivalent to about $1500 dollars. I realize they have price matching, but for a contractor that means I have to get a quote from Kate Lo because they don't advertise pricing, then return to Floor and Decor to get it matched. At that point it makes more sense to just buy it where you got the quote.”
“Great customer service. I was having a hard time finding a nice shower door for a 23" opening. Other companies were less than interested in working for my business. City Design found me the perfect door at a great price and quick shipping! Just finished installing, looks awesome!”
