“I've been getting my appliances from these guys since I started buying my own appliances, and I have yet to have a bad experience. Not only am I getting great deals, but I am also getting stellar customer service. I've now bought 4 different appliances from them and wanted to share my most recent experience.
Over the weekend I went in to buy a new dishwasher and wasn't super sure if something would work for me, and the staff in the store were very nice and helpful in addressing my questions and concerns but put no pressure on me to specifically purchase anything. I didn't feel like they were trying to push me into a sale at all, just being helpful, which I really appreciate. I don't have a truck or anything, so I inquired about delivery and eventually landed on a delivery / install service. All together, great experience in the store.
Fast forward a few days to today, the owner of the establishment, who is a master plumber, comes out to do the install and it was the single greatest in-home service experience of my life. This man got into it, was incredibly friendly and you could tell he was taking his time to make sure everything was done correctly so I had the best experience with the equipment I purchased from him. During the course of the install, he also gave me advice on some of the other stuff in my kitchen that I am, admittedly, not super savvy with and even did a quick fix on my garbage disposal so it wouldn't fall off next time I went to use it! Not only was the service excellent, but the conversation was great also. It was more like a buddy came into town to fix my stuff than a service experience.
I have never been satisfied with a purchase or service in my adult life, so I could not recommend these guys more. As long as I am in Cedar Rapids, these guys are going to be my go-to for any appliances I might need and now any plumbing issues that might crop up. There aren't enough stars on this review system to rate them appropriately.”
“I have found it is best to rent on the weekdays, as availability of equipment is best and you can be in and out quickly. Home Depot has a huge selection. Everything you need for DYI.”

“We bought a new laptop and the geeksquad was to transfer data from the old to the new laptop. In picking up the laptop, staff geek initials A.M. , noticed a few issues with the data transfer and advised us of the concern and worked to correct the issues. He also completed several other actions, such as setting up other apps he observed we use that were not a part of the transfer process. He then sat with us to explain each action taken and how to use various processes in the new laptop. A wonderful, kind and supportive staff member! We brought the laptop home and have been working with it extremely easily!”

“I stopped in to pick up a thermal fuse for my dishwasher, paid, and left. Then realized I’d asked for the wrong one. I actually needed the thermal fuse for the control panel. I turned around (thankfully I was only about 5 minutes away), went back, and apologized for the mix-up. The team was super nice and exchanged it with zero hassle. Got home, installed the correct part, and the dishwasher that wouldn’t turn on now works perfectly. Thank you times a thousand, my wife is very happy now! I a million percent recommend them for all your appliance part needs.”
