“The 5 stars are for the staff employed by CVS who's customer service was exemplary while helping me at the in-store UPS drop off point. I had pre printed a shipping label prior to bring my package to CVS for drop off. For some reason the label refused to cooperate when they attempted to scan it. I was planning on flying back to Phoenix in the morning and did not have room in my luggage for the items nor did I have access to a printer to print a new paper label. It was also 9pm making CVS the only location in CR open to accept drop-off packages. I was desperate since my flight in the morning made it impossible for me to drop off the package. The employee patiently coached me through the sequence of steps from buying a new label on line to printing it via the Kodak photo kiosk (which cost $0.29 to print) and finally helping me tape it to the package and ensuring it was ready for shipment. This easily took 45 minutes to 1 hour to complete. The employee was knowledgeable, professional and personal, all while being a genuinely good soul. They young man working the front register on January 11th around 9pm deserves to be recognized for displaying the character traits every company should strive for. Unfortunately I don't know what his name was but I truly hope this review comes to the attention of his superiors and he is given the recognition that is often taken for granted or never publicly acknowledged after the fact. His integrity demonstrates his dedication as an employee and speaks to his values and character as a human being ans and was a breath of fresh air... Thank you so much for your help! Keep doing what you're doing because it's totally working!

“Lee- THANK YOU. Your store deserves more 5 star reviews because of your problem-solving abilities and your true customer care.Situation: $300 "honey wagon" (43 gallon poop tote on wheels for camping) needed to be returned. First, note that it was sent by free shipping from Amazon via FedEx. EVERY carrier we went to said it exceeds the formula of dimensions plus weight to be able to do a normal, fee-free return. It would have cost me OVER FOUR-HUNDRED DOLLARS to return it because it exceeded standard shipping for USPS, UPS, and Fed-Ex, yet it was delivered by standard shipping by Fed-Ex. Figure that one out. Since the box was unopened, Lee at Pak-Mail suggested we do a return-to-sender, which in his opinion was about a 50% chance of rejection, based on its size, but NO COST to me to do it or have it get rejected (and if rejected, sent back to my house). I went for it and it WORKED and I got refunded by Amazon!! THANK YOU LEE!!!!!”
