Your store deserves more 5 star reviews because of your problem-solving abilities and your true customer care.Situation: $300 "honey wagon" (43 gallon poop tote on wheels for camping) needed to be returned. First, note that it was sent by free shipping from Amazon via FedEx. EVERY carrier we went to said it exceeds the formula of dimensions plus weight to be able to do a normal, fee-free return. It would have cost me OVER FOUR-HUNDRED DOLLARS to return it because it exceeded standard shipping for USPS, UPS, and Fed-Ex, yet it was delivered by standard shipping by Fed-Ex. Figure that one out. Since the box was unopened, Lee at Pak-Mail suggested we do a return-to-sender, which in his opinion was about a 50% chance of rejection, based on its size, but NO COST to me to do it or have it get rejected (and if rejected, sent back to my house). I went for it and it WORKED and I got refunded by Amazon!! THANK YOU LEE!!!!!”

“A business patron of a PO Box for years and a regular at this post office. The postal customer service reps have been very helpful over the years with my many deliveries. When I’m traveling extensively never have an issue with mail being held then delivered upon return. I’ve been treated friendly and kindly.In the past have had a box elsewhere in CR. The experience was very different there.I recommend trying this office. It’s been a great experience for me. Hopefully you, as well ☺️”

Whether sensitive paperwork for a will or POA, notary, to returns or packages to mail.Staff was so kind offering to scan not just copy. Mail to the various locations and produce copies needed. I didn’t even know about this option. I was offered this. The kindness during that difficult time is very appreciated.I’ve meet a variety of staff over the years and they’re all, for me, doing a solid job. Very helpful.This office is the primary location used for many years. They have preferred customer parking in front to include handicap accessible spots close to the door”

“I drove all the way from Indianola to Cedar Rapids to track down my package. I’m studying abroad and my flight leaves in less than 24 hours and my Visa package with my passport was still at FedEx in Cedar Rapids. A worker named Trish was the kindest, most genuine, hardworking person I’d ever worked with! She was so accommodating and understanding of the situation, and she went absolutely above and beyond to try and help my dad and I find my passport and Visa package. She called people from all over trying to find workers who could help retrieve my package. I’ve never met someone so determined and selfless in my life. She’s absolutely terrific and so were the other workers taking time out of their day to help me when they did not have to go to such lengths. Not only did Trish do everything she could to help me- But she was more than happy and eager to!!! She smiled so brightly at us telling us to think positively and would come in with good news and optimism. Her smile and care for customers is what the world needs. Needless to say I was beyond satisfied with FedEx’s help and I advise everyone to stay away from the U.S. embassies because they are the worst. Thank you Trish!”
“The process to receive a package from DHL online is bit clunky and a little concerning with the potential fraudulent emails. I went directly to your office at the Cedar Rapids Iowa Airport.
