“The UPS Store provides a generally convenient and functional service for shipping, printing, and basic business needs. The location is easy to access, and the range of services offered makes it a helpful stop for everyday tasks.
The staff were polite and assisted with the process, but service speed was somewhat inconsistent depending on how busy the store was. Wait times can increase during peak hours, which affects the overall experience.
Overall, it’s a practical and reliable place for mailing and printing needs, but improving efficiency and reducing wait times would make the experience smoother and more enjoyable.”
“The store is orderly. There is limited help on the “floor”… they were focused on accepting returns for UPS and I had to wait to actually make a purchase in between the returns they accepted. It was interesting - I did not see anyone making a return actually shop for anything in the store.”

“Always Willing to HELP and very very sweet even when there attempting to put away so many parcels of all shapes and sizes, AS THEY ALWAYS REMIND US RESIDENTS MAKE SURE WHO YOUR MAIL COMES FROM HAS YOUR P.O. BOX NUMBER ON IT, it's helpful to the amazing postal workers that make sure we get our mail whether bills, paychecks, online shopping orders, holiday/birthday cards, and the list goes on. WE NEED THEM SO LETS ALWAYS APPRECIATE AND DO OUR PART TO HELP THOSE WHO HELP US MAINTAIN OUR LIFES!!!!! If you've had the NOTICE due to mailer not using P.O. box number, CALL AND INFORM THEM TO USE YOUR P.O. BOX NUMBER NO IFS ANS OR BUTTS!!!!! LOVE YOUR USPS!!!!!”

I’m a health care worker and I was running a bit late due to my job.. the young lady that help me n my two children with our passports was amazingly wonderful n giving us so much guidance and at the same time she was helping out the other people that where coming in delivery mail she needs a good raise n they need to knowledge her hard work.. I never review or rate things but in this occasion I was so impressed with her hard work.. thank you best place to go for a passport!!! ?”
