The Iowa City Staples cannot be beat when you work with people like Timothy R and the major TJ helped me immensely picking out the right computer and what I needed. Recommend them anytime. Businesses need more associates as them.

The Cedar Rapids store had an inoperable banner printer this week. Zach at the Iowa City store saved my butt with a last-minute banner print! Excellent customer service with clear communication. Well-worth the 50 minute drive for the banner!
