“The pizza, service, and convenience have always been excellent with this (1225 Fountains Way) location. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is I have ordered several times to be delivered at a specific time, and they are consistently 20-30min EARLY! Better than late, but if trying to time things, it turns into cold pizza. That's the only con I have!”
“I usually pop in here at least once a Cedar Falls visit. This is the only place my sister buys milk and cream. But, there's so much more to browse through here: coffee from local roasters, homemade baked goods, cheeses, farm-raised meat, maple syrup, Iowa wine..... I was so surprised by the wine packs (like adult juice packs). Some were more than portable and included a lanyard. Fun place. Reserving five stars for when I try their ice cream.”

“I highly recommend this location for any of your convenience store needs. I am lucky enough to work across the parking lot and I have been a frequent customer. The staff members are friendly, professional, and helpful. They have a great variety of hot and fresh food items that you can grab when you’re in a hurry. It’s always clean, including the women’s bathroom, and if ever something is running low, as soon as you tell the staff they address it. Thank you to all the staff for treating me so kindly at every visit!”

Cashier was friendly. ***Update*** after talking with the store they remade the order and the effort in the remake is evident. Thank you for making it right.”

“The customer service was above and beyond! The lady helped us very thoroughly showing us the app and reward system, even pulled out her phone to show us how it worked. We then ordered a pizza and went to our car to wait for it and the lady even brought our pizza to our car. Definitely a five star experience. I don't remember the lady's name but she deserves a raise and employee of the month. :) This was on 6/30 at about 4pm.”
“They are always nice and helpful! I love my hy-vee fuel saver when I shop at hyvee with it I get a %off gas than when I use cash to pay at the hyvee gas station i save money. for example I pumped 24.00 and only paid 12.00!”

“Love this place. If you like gizzards its the best place I've found outside of the south. Make sure you get them fresh, like just came out the oil as you would with any gizzard order. The large is 9oz and enough to fill a big guy. Their regular chicken is very good, not huge like KFC.”
“I stop here almost everyday. All the employees that work at this location are top notch! They are always friendly and helpful! I have arthritis in my spine and they know how to pack my items so it’s easier for me to carry!”

“Current worker here! Despite what the one other person said, no one here actively talks on the phone unless absolutely necessary. There is only one worker here, who only works around around 15/16 hours at this store, can be a bit rude. Everyone else however have great customer service skills. I work the most out of everyone else here (35 currently) and try my best to be helpful and nice. Our management is great here as well so know that you are giving your money to people who genuinely cares about their employees. Our restroom is probably one of the cleanest and well kept out of most of all of them and is 1 private restroom. We are also known for some of the coldest drinks, as our in-wall coolers are kept at 31/32 degrees. Know that we do not sell any liquor. Do have something you need? We have a suggest box! Or just ask an employee to let our manager to get somethings. Edit since this seems to be a problem, I can ONLY give back 25¢ if the air pump isn’t working. Managements rules. So please don’t get mad at me when I’m not the one in control of it. Just remember; if it doesn’t work the first time it most likely won’t the second.”
“Not just because I work here but great place and great people! Pumps are user friendly (just follow the screen prompt and don't remove your card too soon) lots of choices on certain products and would highly recommend for the competitive prices on fuel and merchandise!!”
